A recent project
We just completed a whole-home feature wall project in Kelowna. A home theatre, primary bedroom, office and living space, wrapped in 46 slat panels designed room by room.
The theatre is the showpiece: acoustic-backed panels that don't just look intentional. They soak up echo and make the room sound as good as it looks. That's the difference when a builder installs it: blocking, backing and wiring handled properly, cables hidden inside the wall.
What we build
A well-built feature wall changes how a room looks, and, done right, how it sounds and functions too. Every Slat Studio wall is installed by North Grove Homes, a licensed Kelowna builder.
Warm, vertical lines for living rooms, bedrooms, entries and stairwells. Laid out to your wall's exact proportions, not chopped panels forced to fit.
Slat panels with acoustic backing absorb echo and soften sound. The reason they've become the go-to for home theatres, offices and open-plan spaces.
TVs, sconces and speakers mounted into proper blocking, wiring hidden inside the wall, edges scribed to your ceilings and corners. It's the install you can't see that makes the wall you can.

Feature walls from our own builds, including Feathertop at Big White. Statement wood was part of our homes long before Slat Studio existed. That's the crew installing yours.
